‘It was through my passion for the natural environment and my balanced, healthy approach to life that GET FIT outdoor training was born. It is amongst the indigenous flora and fauna of Table Mountain National Park, a popular destination in the Mother City for runners and walkers alike, where I share with others that training is not only fun, but a necessity for de-stressing, and shouldering the demands of our modern, technological world – 24/7 and 365.
I see fitness as only one of the pillars of all-round wellbeing. My mission, both personal and professional, is to educate my clients on the benefits of sound nutrition, adequate stress management, and a positive mindset. After all, a healthy mind is a robust body. My approach draws upon: my sound knowledge of exercise and fitness management; my ability to encourage and inspire; and a love for seeing others reach their goals.
I believe in diverse and evolving exercise routines, which are guaranteed to alleviate boredom and to ensure continual and steady progress. What’s more, I enjoy connecting with people and sharing in their fitness journey.’
